How I work

    I watch the real work

    I sit in on the work: which files people open, what they retype, where they wait for an answer. Not from a description, but the way it actually happens.

    I build on your data

    I test on your own documents, emails and calls, not on demo examples. Whatever breaks when it meets real work, I fix.

  3. 3

    I stay until it sticks

    I keep at it until the day your staff open it on their own, without being reminded. At the end, you get a before/after measurement.

An arbitration court in Latvia

Cases were run on paper and in Word. Now a claim comes in through an online account, the case moves through its stages in one system, and every document needed along the way — summons, notice, decision, invoice — comes out of it already filled in. The parties can see where their case stands without calling the court office. Fees are calculated, payments are matched against the bank, and decisions are signed with an electronic signature.

Delivered on time, 31 May 2026. Running since July 2026.

ADept — a debt collection service

Small businesses often write off small debts: doing it properly means weeks of paperwork. The service takes the documents, reads them, calculates the debt with late-payment interest and the court fee, writes to the debtor and prepares the claim if it comes to that. Most of the work was connecting it to open company registers, Latvian government systems and electronic signature.

The front desk at my barbershops in Riga

A voice agent has been answering calls since October 2025: 1,547 calls from 852 people. It checks free slots and books, reschedules and cancels appointments on its own. Alongside it run a customer chat, replies to Google reviews, payroll calculation and a monthly profit and loss report. Every conversation is analysed, so you can see how it ended.

This is my own business: everything I offer, I test in my own business first.

How do you start with AI without risking a big budget?

With a diagnostic. Three steps, each paid for separately, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. 12 weeks

    Diagnostic

    I look into 2–3 of your processes and measure how much time they take now. You get a plan with a price and a timeline, plus one working prototype built on your own documents. If you go ahead with implementation, the cost of the diagnostic is credited towards it.

  2. 24–10 weeks

    Implementation

    The solution works for your staff, people are trained, and there is a before/after measurement.

  3. 3monthly

    Ongoing support

    Maintenance, improvements and a report once a month.

I give you a price once I have seen the process: it depends on the scope of work, not on how much you are prepared to pay.

Who is behind this

Who is Konstantin Ahmedov?

An entrepreneur from Riga. For more than 20 years I ran NIKOS, a transport company: international freight, forwarding, customs clearance. Since 2016 I have owned a chain of barbershops in Riga.

I have always been into technology. In 2023 I threw myself into what artificial intelligence can do for business: first to automate processes in my own companies, then in other people's. That is why I speak the owner's language, not the programmer's: I will show you with real examples how technology serves a business.

Frequently asked questions

The ones that already live in digital form: emails, files, spreadsheets, records in software, calls. AI takes over work where there is something to read and somewhere to write it. If a process depends on a paper folder or on someone's memory, it needs digitising first. That is separate work, and I will be upfront about it during the diagnostic.

The diagnostic is a fixed fee for two weeks of work, implementation depends on the scope, and support is paid monthly. I give the exact price after the diagnostic, when it is clear what exactly we are building. The cost of the diagnostic is credited towards the implementation.

No. Understanding the technology is my job. I explain things in plain language and hand over a solution your staff actually use.

The diagnostic takes two weeks. Implementation takes 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the process.

No, and I don't promise that. AI takes over the repetitive part of the work: retyping, first replies, bookings. Decisions and difficult cases stay with people.

I work within GDPR, and your data stays under your control. Where and how the data is stored is agreed during the diagnostic, before any work starts.
